The Sir hotel is builded out of ferro concrete and it has a modern architecture. It has 4 floors, and 27 rooms: 3 single rooms, 21 double rooms and 3 apartments.

The hotel has a bar where you can eat breakfast between 7.30am and 10.00am or drink a coffee or a soda at any time of the day until 10.00pm.

From the hotel bar you can go outside on the terrace located at the last floor.

The fitness center is located in the basement and it has body building devices, a Ping-Pong table, cloakroom, showers and individual wardrobe. The fitness center organises classes of aerobic, taeboand martial arts.
